My husband and I first came into contact with Liliana Gonzalez in the Fall of 2005 when we were looking for a rental in Patzcuaro for the month of February 2006. We were very happy with the rental and were impressed with Liliana’s credentials, her professional manner and her engaging personality. During our stay, we expressed an interest in possibly buying property in the area, and Liliana showed us a variety of available real estate. We also met with other realtors, but did not feel the same confidence in their abilities and/or credentials.
As we were not quite ready to buy, we returned to Canada to consider our options. When we returned to Patzcuaro in January 2007 we sought Liliana out as we had decided to buy land in the area. We did not consider using any other realtor. Speaking to a variety of other people in the area who had bought or sold real estate in the Patzcuaro area confirmed our belief that no one was more qualified to represent us. Our land purchase was handled efficiently, searches were done in a timely fashion, and all the “t”s were crossed and the “i’s dotted. The whole process was painless for us and we are now the happy owners of a beautiful piece of land on the outskirts of Patzcuaro.
