Raising the Bar in Michoacan Real Estate

On Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. a training event for professional real estate agents sponsored by “Rancho el Capulin. Your home in the forest”, took place at the Vista del Rey restaurant in Patzcuaro Michoacan.

The event was organized by AMPI Morelia in coordination with the Economic Development Secretariat and Mexatua, with a great success, as it was attended by more than 60 real estate agents from the state of Michoacan, who came from the cities of Morelia, Uruapan, Zamora, La Piedad and Patzcuaro.

A theoretical and practical workshop titled “How to present your real estate notices, comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Law” was presented by Liliana Elena González Castro (licensed real estate agent in Michoacan). This topic is essential for the training and updating of real estate agents in the state, who participated with great interest and were able to clarify their doubts on the matter.

Mercedes Soto from SEDECO; AMPI’s regional coordinator, Leticia Estrada Piceno; AMPI Morelia’s president, Roberto Contreras; AMPI Uruapan’s president, Sergio Arellano Mendoza; and AMPI Zamora’s president, Arturo Alejandro Acevedo Alvarado attended the event.

This whole event was made possible thanks to the official sponsor “Rancho el Capulin. Your home in the forest“, which presented to the participants its real estate project with the ecological development for self-sustainable permaculture farms and revealed its current offer of countryside plots from 2500 m2 to 1.5 hectares that are now for sale.

There was also a raffle of 2 real estate courses imparted online by Liliana Elena Gonzalez Castro: El Servicio de Escrow en Mexico and Derecho Inmobiliario Mexicano II.

It was undoubtedly a great effort by AMPI Morelia’s organizing team, formed by the communication advisors, training, events and treasury members, who participated enthusiastically in the coordination and logistics for the development of the event.

From this platform, we would like to congratulate all the participating real estate professionals, who make their work a strong commitment to society and their clients.
